Capstone Land Transfer was joined by Brian Lesher, a Certified Public Accountant from LMS Tax & Accounting LLC, to discuss the differences, pros and cons for common situations for Pennsylvania real estate. Brian’s tax expertise was paired with the know-how from Capstone Land Transfer’s legal team to get a new Qualified Association up off the ground.
