How it Works

We review your information and field any questions. Then we’ll prepare your deed for review and coordinate signature and notarization.

Once your Deed is completed, we will confirm the total amount due.
We work with you to ensure your deed is signed and notarized properly.
We offer several options to do so:

  1. In person notarization at one of our offices (Lemoyne, Lancaster, York, Wyomissing and State College)
  2. Mail-away (where we mail you your deed to have it notarized by a notary near you)
  3. Remote Online Notary (an option to use secure video technology to notarize your deed online).

Upon notarization, your deed will be ready to record. After recording you will receive the original Deed for your records.

A simple deed transfer is a flat rate of $500. This Includes Government Recording Fees and signing in office. Other charges may apply.

A simple deed transfer is the adding or removal of a name from a deed or a name change on deed. For example, if you get married and would like to add your spouse to your deed. Or contrarily, you get divorced and would like your ex-spouse removed.
A Deed Transfer is NOT a sale of property and does NOT include a Title search or clearing of any liens. 

Yes. We can do a search to reveal any pre-existing liens or judgements against the property. A search can general cost $200. We can discuss your options. 

Our standard turn around time is 10 business days or less from the time we confirm your information. 

Our team is comprised of Attorneys and legal experts specializing in real estate law. You can trust that you will have the expertise necessary to perform this service while bypassing the costly hourly rates of traditional legal representation. 

For local residents, we have office locations in Lemoyne, Lancaster, York, Wyomissing and State College. 

For individuals who cannot access our in-person office locations we have alternative options for you.

  1. Mail Away – We can mail you your unsigned deed to sign and have notarized near you. We will provide you a UPS label to send back to us to record. 
  2. Remote Online Notary (RON) if you are tech savvy, we have the ability to notarize online through secure video technology. This does come with an additional cost of $100.
