How is Title Insurance Calculated in PA

Title insurance rates are set by the state in Pennsylvania.

The amount of Title Insurance you will need is based on the higher of two things: either the purchase price or the mortgage amount.

There are two types of title insurance, Standard and Enhanced.
Both are a one-time premium payment, paid for by the buyer at settlement.
The Enhanced offers full comprehensive coverage of past and future events. Standard Title Insurance, only covers past events. If you are curious about a price quotes on each, we offer a free user-friendly Title Insurance Calculator here on our website!
