Renowned Bankruptcy Attorney Larry Young joined Capstone staff, agent partners and others on June 18 for a 30-minute seminar on the intricacies of bankruptcy filings on real estate transactions. He went in-depth on how to handle such transactions, the additional diligence they require, exceptions to rules, and plenty more.
Larry heads the Bankruptcy Department for CGA Law Firm in York with qualifications that include:
- Recognized as an expert in foreclosures and related real estate transactions
- One of only 25 attorneys in PA to be a certified Consumer Bankruptcy Specialist
